With the Xelion App, your mobile phone is an integral part of your telephone exchange and thus your accessibility. Fully provider-independent and simply included in the standard functions.
All standard telephone functions such as call transfer, voicemail, queues and much more are standard in Xelion. But also special functions such as a conference room, surveys, traffic classes, skill-based routing and wallboards (for Contact Centers).
Make calls easily with multiple devices: A fixed or cordless telephone, a PC or laptop or your smartphone. You will never pay too much because of the user-based licensing model.
VoIP telephony always means a saving compared to traditional telephony. Not only are the variable costs (the 'ticks') a lot lower but also the required infrastructure is a lot cheaper.
Xelion has a very user-friendly 'softphone', an application on your desktop, tablet, cover or mobile phone that allows you to take full advantage of the many Xelion functions. But of course you can also call a landline or a mobile phone!

All spoken messages in Xelion can be replaced with self-recorded texts to give your telephone exchange a personal touch. We also work with an external voting agency (VoicePerfect) for a truly professional image.
Xelion offers the possibility to synchronize in real time your Outlook (Exchange/Office 365 ) Contacts and/or calendar. This way your telephone exchange and your receptionist know whether you are available or not.
With Xelion it is possible to listen and 'whisper' with your own softphone to/with an ongoing conversation. Particularly useful for training purposes and for Customer Contact Centers.
