It doesn't happen often, but when it happens, the problem is immense: Your VoIP connection is down, the power fails or your VoIP-PBX has died. The result is dramatic: You are unreachable.
Of course our SIP provider supplies a fall-back telephone number where you can be reached on, ie a mobile phone, but in some cases this option is not professional enough.
That's why we introduce: CNE Fallback Service.
What is it
When your VoIP PBX can not be reached anymore, the fallback option redirects your callers to your personal fallback service.
Here they hear an announcement (narrated by you or by us) where they can choose between the following options:
- None. Just a text.
- Leave a Voicemail message
- This message will be sent by you via e-mail
- Transfer to a diffrent telephone number
You can make the choices time-dependable, ie:
- Daytime: Connect to a different phone number
- Evenings and weekends: Leave a choice between voicemail or transfer to a different number
The choice is yours!.
What are the costs
Once
- Basic setup: € 125,-- (Just text, no choices)
- Voicemail. Additional : € 25,--
- Transfer. Additional: € 25,--
- Time configurations: € 25,-- per time configuration
Monthly costs:
- Just the costs of the tranfers
